- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons paprika
- 2 teaspoons oregano
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- Salt & pepper
Instructions
- Combine the brown sugar, paprika, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a plastic bag.
- Add the chicken breasts to the bag and seal it. Shake well to coat the chicken evenly.
- Refrigerate the chicken for at least 1 hour, or up to overnight, to let the flavors meld.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes on each side.
- Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
