Potato Gnocchi


  • Potato Gnocchi
  • Sun-dried Tomatoes
  • Sun-dried Tomato Salad Dressing
  • Red Onion
  • Mushrooms
  • Grilled Chicken


  1. Boil the potato gnocchi for approximately 4 minutes until al dente.
  2. In a saucepan, heat a small amount of olive oil or cooking spray to your preference. Add mushrooms, red onion, and sun-dried tomatoes to the pan.
  3. Introduce the grilled chicken to the pan and season the mixture with salt and pepper.
  4. Once the gnocchi reaches the desired tenderness, drain and incorporate it into the saucepan.
  5. Pour approximately 1/3 cup of Sun-dried Tomato Salad Dressing over the ingredients and gently stir.
  6. Remove the pan from heat, meticulously plate the dish, and savor the harmonious flavors.
