Ginger Shrimp Stir Fry


  • Freshly grated ginger
  • Cooked shrimp
  • Baby carrots
  • Green and yellow beans
  • Red onions
  • Brown rice
  • Cornstarch


  1. Steam the brown rice, baby carrots, and green and yellow beans until tender.
  2. In a skilled frying pan, combine the cooked shrimp and finely diced red onions.
  3. Grate fresh ginger over the shrimp and cook on medium heat (setting 4) for approximately 6 minutes.
  4. Introduce white wine to the pan, followed by 1/2 cup of water.
  5. Incorporate 1 tablespoon of cornstarch into the mixture to achieve a desired consistency.
  6. Combine the shrimp and onion mixture with the steamed rice, carrots, and beans, creating a well-balanced and flavorful dish.
