My husband can certainly make a delicious hamburger and this baby was no exception. It is always a special treat when homemade hamburgers are on the menu.
Do you roll out your own patties or do you use a press? Which one is your favorite?
Here is what you need:
1 pound of extra lean hamburger meat
1 teaspoon pepper
sprinkle of salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoons onion powder
2 teaspoons ketchup
sprinkles of freeze dried onion and garlic
Mix all the ingredients together and roll into patties. Flatten in your hand and lay on a baking sheet that has been greased with Pam. Cook on medium heat – around 300 degrees until done. Yum
