Sun-dried Tomato Salad dressing
Boil your gnocchi for about 4 minutes.
In a saucepan with a little olive oil or cooking spray whichever you prefer, add the mushroom, red onion and the sun-dried tomato.
Add the grilled chicken.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Once the gnocchi is cooked, drain and throw it in to the saucepan.
Pour about 1/3 cup of Sun-dried tomato salad dressing in on top and stir.
Remove from heat, plate and devour.
