The Ginger Shrimp Stir fry is a favorite of my Dad’s. He likes all types of fish and crustaceans. We make our own ginger sauce but if you are running late, you can always pick up a bottle of ginger sauce and use that with your shrimp.
freshly grated ginger
green and yellow beans
Steam the rice, carrots, and beans.
In a frying pan, add the shrimp and red onion.
Grate fresh ginger over the shrimp and cook on 4 for about 6 minutes.
Add white wine.
Add a ½ cup of water.
Add 1 tablespoon of cornstarch.
Add the shrimp and onion to the rice.
